Our pool is an exciting place to be during warm weather. We have several family-oriented activities through the summer to keep kids and adults entertained!
The Mount Joy Lions Club Pool has closed for the 2008 summer season.
Membership regarding membership information may be obtained from our Membership Chairperson, Leonard Smith at 653-2019. Mr. Smith can be contacted by way of email atlionsmith2002@yahoo.com.
Please note that 2009 membership materials will be mailed sometime around the middle of February. Look for your 2009 season materials soon.
DAILY OPERATING HOURS
Beginning Thursday, June 5th, daily operating hours will be (weather permitting)
Monday thru Saturday - 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm and Sunday - 1:00 to 8:00 pm
Please note that the Mount Joy Lions Club Swimming Pool sponsors "Community Days" on Tuesday and Thursdays each season.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays only, community residents may come to the pool and swim by paying the established guest fee.
On all other days, admittance is as the guest of a member and the member must be present and must remain with the guest while they are at the pool.
SPECIAL NOTICE
The Mount Joy Lions Club Pool will close for the
season on Monday, September 1, 2008, at 5:00 pm.
The Operating Authority and our Management thank
all members for a great summer. We broke a number of
attendance records for June and July.
The Authority is already in the process of planning for
next summer. We have applied for a state grant to help
us with the installation of new playground equipment and
pool attaction(s).
